Your Crossbar Account

Add a Parent

To add your spouse, partner, or another adult to your players' Crossbar account:


Sign into your account

Click the Players tab in the right sidebar

Click View Details next to the players name

+ Add Parent in the blue bar at the top of the page

Enter their email address

Click the Add Parent button

They'll receive an email to set up their password


If you have more than one player, follow the same instructions for each. This way, you'll both receive emails from your team page(s) and will be able to use the My Calendar feature to view your family hockey schedule. 

Updating Your Credit Card Info

Should you wish to change the debit/credit card on file, go into your dashboard:


- Click Players tab on the left

- Click View Details next to the player name

- Scroll down to Registration History > click View Details

- Click Edit next to the credit card section

- Click the + in the box under Update Payment Information, enter, and save your information
