Registration Information
2008-2009 registration packet is attached. Please complete all the forms: 1. Registration; 2. Waiver of Liability; and 3. Consent to Treat. All forms are due at the time of registration. If you need to make changes in the fall or during the 2008-2009 season, send an email to the registrar.
The 2008-2009 USA Hockey registration is now open!
All players and coaches will need to register with USA Hockey separately. The USA Hockey season dates are September 1 through August 31. The registration fee for USA Hockey is not part of the HYHA fees and must be paid to USA Hockey at the time of registration. Complete information is listed at the top of the waiver of liability form.
Registration form - A $50 deposit for registration is due when registering. Also, payment for jerseys and opt-outs are due in full at the same time.
